Block Seminar "Management im Ingenieurwesen"
In the current winter semester, the block seminar "Management im Ingenieurwesen" took place once again in the first week of the year.
Using the fictional startup idea "AI Corrects Exams," participants were able to gain playful insights into management and project leadership.
The "open workshop" was particularly well-received, where Mr. Schläper answered a wide range of student questions regarding management, personnel, and applications, allowing them to benefit from his extensive wealth of experience.
This allowed the participants to prepare themselves for future leadership roles in projects, teams, and entrepreneurial hierarchies. The "soft skills" addressed are crucial to the engineering profession and cannot be learned in any other event.
