Real Time Audio Processing – Content
Goals
Consolidation and application of your knowledge in digital signal processing
Development of a real-type prototype of an audio processing algorithm of your own choice
Laboratory program
4 sessions with predefined exercises:
MATLAB tools, sampling and quantisation
Discrete Fourier-Transform
Digitale Filters (FIR/IIR)
C++, Qt, real-time processing system RTProc
Projectphase:
8 sessions for implementation of a small project in the field of real time processing of speech or audio signals.

Audio-Equalizer
Pitch-Shifter
Spacial speaker detection with multiple micorphones
Noisereduction
Vocoder
ADPCM-Codec
You work in groups with 2 students each
